How it Works

Our medical alert system works with a transmitter button that is worn by the user anywhere in the house  including the shower. When the person needs assistance for any reason, all they have to do is press the button on the transmitter and a call for help will be dialed into our central station where a medical alert professional will be at your side.

Once the call is recieved our medical alert specialist will appear over the two way speaker and attempt to communicate with the user to better decide the appropriate police, fire or medical aid to dispatch. If no one answers, they will dispatch help immediately.

As help is on way, our opperators will contact your personalized list of friends, family and doctors to alert them of the situation as well.
